TITLE:
Global Learning and Observations to Benefit the Earth (GLOBE)

ABSTRACT:
GLOBE is a K-12 hands-on, school-based, international environmental
science and education program. GLOBE brings together children, teachers,
and scientists from around the world to:  
        - enhance environmental awareness of individuals worldwide,
        - increase scientific understanding of the Earth, and
        - support higher standards in science and mathematics education.
Program background, accomplishments, registration and training will be
covered.
